Refund & Return Policy

At Buybazar99.com, we aim to offer a simple and transparent shopping experience. As a Cash on Delivery (COD) multivendor platform, we follow a No Return and No Refund policy, except in rare cases of wrong or damaged products.

1. No Returns Accepted

We do not accept returns once a product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong item
  • The product was physically damaged at the time of delivery

In such cases, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video proof sent to buybazaar99@gmail.com.

2. No Refunds for COD Orders

Since all orders are paid after delivery, we do not process refunds once the product is accepted by the customer.

3. Product Verification Before Delivery

We recommend customers inspect the product at the time of delivery, if possible, before making payment.

4. Vendor Responsibility

  • All products are listed and shipped by third-party vendors.
  • Buyers must read product details and vendor policies carefully before ordering.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once the item is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
