Seller Terms & Conditions

1. Seller Verification & Onboarding

  • All sellers must complete KYC verification (PAN, GST, and Bank Account details).
  • Sellers without verified details may be restricted from listing products or may face account suspension.

2. Product Listing Guidelines

  • Upload real, accurate product images only.
  • Product titles and descriptions must match the actual product.
  • No misleading claims, fake discounts, or plagiarized brand content.
  • Duplicate listings or unauthorized brand products are prohibited.

3. Order Fulfillment Policy

  • All orders (including COD) must be dispatched within 48–72 hours.
  • Tracking details must be uploaded immediately after shipping.
  • Failure to fulfill COD orders without a valid reason may lead to account suspension.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Compliance (Updated Policy)

  • Sellers must accept and fulfill all verified COD orders within the committed shipping window (48–72 hours).
  • Repeated failure to ship COD orders may result in:
    1. Immediate account suspension for the first violation.
    2. Permanent removal from the platform after repeated violations.
  • BuyBazar99 reserves the right to delist or ban sellers who:
    • Cancel or ignore COD orders without communication.
    • Fail to dispatch COD shipments within the committed timeline.
    • Mislead buyers about product availability or delivery timelines.

5. Return & Refund Management

  • Sellers must honor approved return/refund requests if:
    • Approved by BuyBazar99 support.
    • Within the return window and product is unused/intact.
  • Refunds must be processed within 7 working days after item receipt.
  • Disputes must be supported with valid proof (e.g., photos).

6. Review & Feedback Integrity

  • No solicitation of positive reviews with incentives (cashback, coupons, gifts).
  • Only verified purchase reviews will be displayed.
  • Fake or spam reviews may result in penalties.

7. Intellectual Property & Content Use

  • Sellers may not upload copyrighted images, brand logos, or descriptions without permission.
  • Violations may result in takedowns or legal action.

8. Performance Monitoring

Seller performance is reviewed monthly based on:

  • Dispatch rate
  • Cancellation rate
  • Return/refund rate
  • Customer reviews

Sellers with poor performance may face warnings, listing restrictions, or termination.

9. Support & Grievance Handling

  • Sellers must respond to buyer queries within 48 hours.
  • Seller support: support@buybazar99.com.
  • Unresolved disputes may be escalated to BuyBazar99’s Grievance Redressal Officer.

10. Termination Clause

BuyBazar99 may:

  • Suspend or permanently delist a seller for policy violations.
  • Withhold payouts where fraud, non-fulfillment, or violations are proven.

These terms protect both buyers and sellers and ensure trust in the BuyBazar99 marketplace. Professionalism, transparency, and timely communication are expected from all sellers.
