1. Seller Verification
- Sellers without verified details may be restricted from listing products or may face account suspension.
2. Product Listing Guidelines
- Upload real, accurate product images only.
- Product titles and descriptions must match the actual product.
- No misleading claims, fake discounts, or plagiarized brand content.
- Duplicate listings or unauthorized brand products are prohibited.
3.Review & Feedback Integrity
- No solicitation of positive reviews with incentives (cashback, coupons, gifts).
- Only verified purchase reviews will be displayed.
- Fake or spam reviews may result in penalties.
4. Intellectual Property & Content Use
- Sellers may not upload copyrighted images, brand logos, or descriptions without permission.
- Violations may result in takedowns or legal action.
5. Support & Grievance Handling
- Seller must respond to buyer queries within 48 hours.
- Seller support: support@buybazar99.com.
- Unresolved disputes may be escalated to BuyBazar99’s Grievance Redressal Officer.
6. Termination Clause
BuyBazar99 may:
- Suspend or permanently delist an advertiser for policy violations.
