4. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders, managing returns, and handling disputes related to their products.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery time may vary depending on the seller’s location and product availability.
  • Shipping policies and charges (if applicable) are listed on the product or checkout page.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen factors.

6. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are subject to our Refund & Return Policy (see separate page).
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be handled between the vendor and customer.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Buybazar99.com, including logos, images, and text, is owned by us or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • You violate these terms
  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected
  • Your activity risks platform integrity
